Boutique Director opportunity at Buccellati in Chicago—lead luxury retail operations, drive sales, and manage premium client experiences. $115K–$135K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories and drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategies for new product launches, events, and market visibility initiatives
- Lead staffing, scheduling, and payroll budget management for boutique associates
- Oversee visual merchandising in alignment with brand direction and corporate advertising campaigns
- Generate, retain, and develop client relationships through personalized engagement, events, and brand experiences
- Coordinate boutique events with senior leadership to increase traffic and sales performance
- Partner with operations personnel on inventory management, cycle counts, and quality control
- Supervise compliance with company policies, security protocols, and record-keeping procedures
- Identify talent, define career paths, and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching
- Conduct regular management reviews to assess performance, operations, and employee relations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5–7 years of management experience
