Buccellati seeks Boutique Administration & Operations Assistant in Paris. Support retail operations, inventory management, and financial coordination in this full-time contract role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly in-depth analyses of sales and inventory data (coverage rates, product categories, SKUs) to inform management strategic decision-making
  • Support the Stock Manager with new product launches and collection restock planning and execution
  • Maintain rigorous stock level monitoring, create purchase orders (POs), and coordinate efficiently with boutique staff and headquarters for replenishment
  • Manage inter-boutique product transfers and organize logistics for special events and photo shoots
  • Actively participate in merchandise receiving, inspection, and quality verification to ensure compliance with company standards and accuracy
  • Organize, categorize, and label physical inventory according to established procedures to optimize accessibility and restocking efficiency
  • Participate in monthly inventory counts, analyze discrepancies, and ensure precise record updates
  • Support the Store Manager in daily reconciliation of sales documents, invoices, and cash register operations in compliance with maison standards
  • Oversee After-Sales Service (SAV) and exchange processes, ensuring precise registration and strict compliance
  • Contribute to budget tracking, expense management, and preparation of boutique financial reports
  • Provide support to management for scheduling, store maintenance coordination, and liaison with external service providers
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager, Stock Manager, and Sales Associates to meet operational needs efficiently
  • Provide ad-hoc sales support during peak periods and occasional assistance to headquarters or management teams as required

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of successful retail sector experience, ideally in a similar administrative or operations role
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook) and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills, precision, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated capacity to manage priorities effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize efficiently, and work collaboratively in team environments
  • Fluent English proficiency
