Brunello Cucinelli Travel Office Intern in Solomeo, Italy. Support corporate and retail travel coordination with €1,000 monthly stipend.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements by verifying availability and comparing rates for flights, trains, ferries, hotels, and rental vehicles in accordance with company travel policy
- Issue and manage travel tickets in coordination with contracted external travel suppliers and agencies
- Manage internal travel reservation requests using the company's travel management system, including monitoring and maintenance of the corporate vehicle fleet
- Support corporate and retail events by coordinating transportation, accommodation, and catering services for guests and employees
- Respond to travel requests via email and self-booking tools, providing information on itineraries, costs, hospitality facilities, and travel documentation
- Register and monitor contracts with travel agencies, chauffeur services, partner hotels, airlines, and rail companies
- Maintain ongoing communication with external suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent service delivery
- Monitor quotations and invoices to ensure compliance with company guidelines and budgetary parameters
- Prepare reports and tabulate travel data using Excel
- Manage digital communications via email and Microsoft Teams
Qualifications
- Excellent English language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Sound knowledge of tourism and travel services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Prior experience (even brief) in event or travel organisation
- Prior exposure to the hospitality, travel agency, or tour operator sectors (preferred)
