Brunello Cucinelli seeks an experienced Master Tailor in Montecarlo to oversee in-store alterations and bespoke MTM projects, ensuring luxury craftsmanship standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute alterations while preserving garment structure and brand identity
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all tailoring activities
- Support the sales team during client fittings and appointments
- Take accurate measurements for MTM (Sartoria Solomeo) projects
- Oversee and coordinate external tailoring partners to ensure quality compliance
- Perform final garment inspection before delivery to clients
- Maintain organization, tools, and workspace according to company standards
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling client garments
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in high-end tailoring within luxury boutiques or ateliers
- Strong expertise in formal menswear construction and garment alteration
- Advanced proficiency with lockstitch and overlock sewing machines and pressing techniques
- Proven ability to evaluate and execute alterations on finished garments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with high flexibility and meticulous attention to detail
- Availability to travel as required
