Role & Responsibilities
- Create photorealistic renders and visual concepts that communicate spatial identity and brand experience, translating creative briefs into cohesive, high-impact imagery
- Develop visual materials for presentations and ensure consistency between design vision and representation
- Manage full retail project lifecycle from location analysis through completion, maintaining adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders on project progress, addressing technical and logistical challenges
- Verify technical deliverables and ensure compliance with design concepts and local regulations
- Serve as liaison between headquarters and regional teams, fostering alignment and transparent communication
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience in store planning and rendering within the luxury sector
- Advanced proficiency in photorealistic rendering (3ds Max, V-Ray, or Corona) with strong aesthetic sensibility in light, materials, and atmospheric design
