Brunello Cucinelli is hiring a Store Manager in Zurich to lead a luxury boutique and champion brand philosophy in a customer-centric environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Client Advisors in brand awareness and philosophy transmission, fostering a unique shopping experience aligned with corporate image and CRM guidelines
- Cultivate active customer relationships through consistent shop floor presence and guide the team in delivering personalized service
- Communicate with clarity and courtesy in multiple languages, establishing mutual trust with clients and team members
- Guide the team in sales maximization and performance, reporting missed opportunities and market insights to management
- Liaise with headquarters Retail Buying office to optimize product assortment planning
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence by implementing Visual Guidelines and coordinating regular display updates in windows and store
- Organize and support events and trunk shows to build customer loyalty and drive CRM initiatives
- Manage and motivate the boutique team with responsibility, providing continuous feedback and coaching for improvement
- Foster respect and collaboration among colleagues through regular one-to-one and group meetings
- Supervise inventory management and stock areas, particularly during periodic inventories
- Ensure compliance with retail operations procedures and HQ guidelines
- Maintain active communication with headquarters
- Utilize Xstore management system and Salesforce CRM to monitor operations and maintain updated records
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of retail experience
- At least 2 years in managerial roles, preferably in luxury retail
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and market understanding
- Solid understanding of customer behavior and preferences
- Proven people management and development capabilities
- Fluent English and German language proficiency (mandatory)
