The Store Manager represents Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy and leads the boutique team across client experience, sales performance, merchandising coordination, visual standards and retail operations. The role also oversees team development, stock and headquarters communication.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy and the work carried out from Solomeo to the boutique.
  • Lead Client Advisors in building brand and product awareness and communicating the brand philosophy and core values.
  • Cultivate customer relationships through an active, continuous presence on the shop floor, guiding the team to deliver a distinctive service and shopping experience in line with brand philosophy, corporate image, communication and CRM guidelines.
  • Communicate clearly, correctly and courteously with clients and team members in their mother tongue and other foreign languages; listen actively and attentively to build mutual trust.
  • Guide the team in maximizing sales and performance, report missed opportunities to company management to support corrective action, and provide reports on sales trends, customer satisfaction and competitors.
  • Liaise with the HQ Retail Buying office to plan the product assortment.
  • Maintain high standards through correct implementation of Visual Guidelines and coordinate the regular assembly and dismantling of window and in-store visual displays.
  • Support the organization of events and trunk shows to introduce new customers to Brunello Cucinelli, build and strengthen loyalty, and provide ideas for CRM actions.
  • Manage and motivate the team in its daily boutique activities, ensuring each team member receives continuous feedback.
  • Promote respect and collaboration between colleagues through coaching and group or individual meetings.
  • Supervise the stock area and provide support as needed, particularly during inventories.
  • Ensure compliance with retail operations procedures and guidelines provided by HQ.
  • Maintain direct contact with headquarters.
  • Use the main IT applications and systems and keep up to date with new company tools, particularly the Xstore management system and Salesforce CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the market and customers.
  • People management and development skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English and French.

At least 8 years in retail, including at least 2 years in managerial roles, preferably in luxury retail.
