Brunello Cucinelli seeks Store Manager for Monaco boutique. Lead luxury retail operations and drive client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with customers through active presence on the shop floor, guiding the Client Advisor team to deliver personalized service aligned with brand philosophy and CRM guidelines
- Lead the team in maximizing sales and performance while identifying missed opportunities and recommending corrective actions to senior management
- Communicate market trends, customer satisfaction insights, and competitive analysis through regular reporting to headquarters
- Liaise with the HQ Retail Buying office to plan optimal product assortment and inventory management
- Ensure brand standards through rigorous implementation of Visual Guidelines, coordinating visual display assembly and maintenance
- Organize and support events and trunk shows to introduce customers to the Brunello Cucinelli aesthetic, build loyalty, and execute CRM initiatives
- Manage and motivate the boutique team through coaching, continuous feedback, and group or one-to-one meetings to foster improvement
- Foster respect, collaboration, and professional development among colleagues through transparent communication and mentoring
- Supervise stock operations and provide support during inventory cycles
- Ensure all retail operations procedures and headquarters guidelines are consistently implemented
- Maintain proficiency with core IT systems, including Xstore management system and Salesforce CRM platform
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of retail experience
- At least 2 years in managerial roles, preferably in luxury retail
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour
- Proven people management and team development skills
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
- Proficiency with retail management systems such as Xstore and Salesforce CRM

Minimum 8 years in retail, with at least 2 years of progressively responsible managerial experience. Experience in luxury retail is strongly preferred.
