Brunello Cucinelli seeks Store Manager in Las Rozas, Madrid: lead luxury retail team, drive sales, mentor advisors, and embody brand philosophy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Client Advisors toward brand and product awareness, transmitting brand philosophy and core values through mentorship and example
- Cultivate client relationships through active floor presence and guide the team in delivering distinctive service experiences in line with brand philosophy and CRM guidelines
- Communicate clearly, correctly, and courteously in mother tongue and foreign languages with clients and team members, actively listening to establish mutual trust
- Guide the team in maximizing sales performance and reporting missed opportunities to management, providing feedback on sales trends, customer satisfaction, and competitive landscape
- Liaise with HQ Retail Buying office to plan optimal product assortment
- Ensure high standards through correct implementation of Visual Guidelines, coordinating the team in assembling and dismantling visual displays regularly
- Support organization of events and trunk shows to introduce new customers to the Brunello Cucinelli world, strengthen loyalty, and identify CRM initiatives
- Manage and motivate the team in daily boutique activities with accountability and provide continuous feedback to guarantee improvement
- Safeguard and promote respect and collaboration among colleagues through coaching and one-to-one or group meetings
- Supervise the stock area and provide support during inventories
- Ensure retail operations procedures and HQ guidelines are respected
- Maintain direct contact with headquarters
- Use primary IT applications and systems, including Xstore management system and Salesforce CRM platform
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of retail experience
- At least 2 years in managerial roles, preferably in luxury retail
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and solid understanding of market and customers
- Proven people management and development capabilities
- Fluent in English and Spanish
