Store Manager role in Macau managing luxury retail operations, customer relations, and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet arriving customers and assess their needs with professionalism and attentiveness
- Explain product characteristics, advise customers on purchases, and address complaints with diplomacy and product expertise
- Execute instructions regarding collections, trends, workmanship, and product treatments
- Monitor stock arrivals and manage inventory levels to ensure availability and optimal merchandise presentation
- Attend periodic management meetings to exchange information and strategies for enhanced sales performance
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by consistently evaluating satisfaction levels and addressing concerns
- Ensure the sales floor remains impeccably organized through regular garment restocking and merchandising
- Take measurements of garments requiring alterations and communicate specifications to tailoring services
- Track and manage suspended articles requiring completion or special handling
- Enforce all operational, brand management, and security procedures within the store environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in retail management or luxury retail environments
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and sales dynamics
- Strong understanding of fashion products, collections, and seasonal trends
- Ability to manage inventory and monitor stock movements
- Excellent organizational and merchandising skills
- Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese

Experience

Education
