The Sales Support Associate represents Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy and craftsmanship to customers while guiding them through seasonal collections and supporting sales. The role also maintains boutique and window displays and supports deliveries, inventory, replenishment and coordination between the sales floor and stockroom in St. Moritz.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy to customers and communicate the craftsmanship and materials behind its products.
- Guide customers through the brand’s style and seasonal collections, supporting product selection and fitting with attentive, discreet service.
- Support sales transactions and provide an excellent boutique experience in coordination with the Store Manager and colleagues.
- Maintain the presentation of the boutique and window displays, including daily placements and periodic dressing and updates.
- Receive deliveries, organise warehouse stock and inventory, store and replenish products, and maintain accurate product availability.
- Retrieve products promptly, prepare items for clients, and coordinate stockroom and boutique activities to support the sales floor and customer communication.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German.
- Previous experience in retail.
- Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
- Demonstrated willingness and versatility when interacting with customers from around the world.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of its standards and trends.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail and flexibility in supporting sales and stock-related activities.
