Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand's design philosophy and commitment to craftsmanship in all customer interactions
- Guide clients through product offerings with detailed knowledge of materials, aesthetics, and seasonal collections
- Maintain immaculate personal appearance and uphold the brand's standards of casual elegance within the boutique
- Conduct sales transactions and manage the customer experience from consultation through purchase
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to execute daily and periodic visual merchandising updates in-store and window displays
- Maintain organised warehouse and inventory management to ensure product availability and clear stock control
- Support colleagues in delivering a cohesive, excellence-focused retail environment
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional languages a distinct advantage
- Proven retail experience in a luxury or high-end fashion environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of fashion standards, trends, and seasonal collections
- Ability to communicate with sophistication and discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills with genuine interest in customer service

Experience
Previous experience in retail, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail environments. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and serve an international clientele.
Education
