Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide industry-leading customer service and build guest loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences
  • Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve and exceed individual sales goals while developing repeat clients through clientele books and conversion strategies
  • Resolve customer issues proactively using best-in-class customer service techniques
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to enhance sales and utilize company resources to deepen understanding of assortments
  • Maintain awareness of all current marketing and promotional activities
  • Embody the Brunello Cucinelli brand aesthetic and humanistic philosophy in all client interactions
  • Execute operational objectives including store opening and closing, cash handling, inventory management, and other assigned tasks with flexibility and adaptability
  • Support store management in maintaining consistent inventory levels to prevent shrink and loss
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld throughout the day and assist with floor sets and moves as needed
  • Utilize strong business acumen to identify sales and product opportunities
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues across store locations and corporate partners

Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
