Role & Responsibilities
- Personally represent the brand philosophy and aesthetic in all customer interactions
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling guidance tailored to client preferences and the seasonal collection
- Execute consultative sales transactions that prioritize client experience and brand values
- Maintain personal appearance and professional demeanor aligned with brand standards of casual elegance
- Design and execute visual displays, window installations, and seasonal dressings throughout the boutique
- Manage warehouse organization, inventory systems, and stock availability to support sales operations
