Brunello Cucinelli seeks a Sales Associate for its London boutique, with responsibility for client service, product presentation, sales, visual displays, and warehouse and inventory administration. The role requires fluent English and at least two years of retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy to customers and present the work behind the brand, from Solomeo to the boutique.
- Present the quality of the workmanship and materials, the brand’s distinctive style and seasonal collections, guiding customers through the collection, fitting and selection.
- Provide attentive, discreet and courteous service to customers and colleagues, contributing to an excellent boutique experience in coordination with the Store Manager.
- Maintain personal appearance in line with the brand’s standards of casual elegance and signature luxury.
- Deliver a distinctive sales service that reflects the attention given from collection creation through final presentation.
- Manage sales transactions and customer relationships.
- Maintain in-store visual displays and window displays, including daily placements and periodic dressing and updates.
- Administer the warehouse and inventory in an organised manner to support orderly product supply and availability, and clear communication with customers and the company.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- At least two years of previous retail experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of professionalism.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Additional language skills and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus.
