The Sales Associate represents Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy and craftsmanship, guides clients through collections and sales, and supports boutique displays, warehouse administration and inventory. The role is full-time in Geneva and requires fluency in French and English, mandatory Russian proficiency, and previous retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Personally represent Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy to customers and communicate the craftsmanship and values behind the journey from Solomeo to the boutique.
- Guide customers through the collection, seasonal proposals, fitting and selection, while delivering the distinctive sales service and customer experience associated with the brand.
- Present the quality of the workmanship and materials, and guide clients through the brand’s style while maintaining discretion around its philosophy.
- Maintain a polished appearance aligned with the brand’s casual-elegance standards, and contribute to a polite, helpful and attentive environment for customers and colleagues.
- Work with the boutique team, under the Store Manager’s coordination, to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain product knowledge, aesthetics and understanding of the brand philosophy through seasonal information and updates.
- Manage sales transactions and customer relationships, and maintain in-store and window displays through daily placements and periodic dressings and updates.
- Organise warehouse administration and inventory to support orderly product availability and clear communication with customers and the company.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English.
- Russian language proficiency is mandatory.
- Previous experience in retail.
- Demonstrated willingness and versatility when interacting with customers from around the world.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of its standards and trends.
