The Sales Associate represents Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy and guides clients through its collections, providing a distinctive sales experience while maintaining boutique displays, windows, warehouse organisation and inventory. The role is full-time in Cannes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Brunello Cucinelli philosophy to clients and communicate the work behind the brand, from Solomeo to the boutique.
- Maintain a personal appearance aligned with the brand’s standards of casual elegance and signature luxury, and demonstrate courtesy, helpfulness and attentiveness towards clients and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the boutique team, under the Store Manager’s coordination, to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Stay informed about each season’s product knowledge, aesthetics and philosophy, and guide clients through the collection, fitting and selection.
- Provide a distinctive sales service that reflects the care invested from collection creation through final presentation.
- Manage the boutique environment, client relationships and sales transactions.
- Maintain in-store visual displays and window displays, including daily placements and periodic dressings and updates.
- Organise the warehouse and inventory to ensure clear, orderly supply and availability in support of communication with clients and the company.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English.
- At least two years of previous retail experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of professionalism.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Additional language skills and familiarity with CRM tools are considered a plus.
