Brunello Cucinelli seeks a Sales Associate in Brussels to represent the brand's philosophy, advise clients on its collections and deliver attentive sales service. The role also covers boutique and window displays, warehouse organisation, inventory and teamwork in support of an excellent customer experience; the position is temporary and full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Personally represent Brunello Cucinelli's philosophy to customers and communicate the work behind the brand from Solomeo to the boutique.
- Present the quality of the brand's workmanship and materials, its distinctive style and seasonal collections, guiding customers through the collection, try-on and selection.
- Maintain the brand's standards of casual elegance and luxury through personal presentation, courteous and helpful conduct, and attentiveness to customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the boutique team, under the Store Manager's coordination, to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Provide attentive, distinctive sales service and conduct sales transactions.
- Maintain in-store visual displays and window displays, including daily placements and periodic dressing and updates.
- Organise the warehouse and inventory to support clear, orderly supply and availability and effective communication with customers and the company.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- At least two years of previous retail experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of professionalism.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
