The Sales Associate represents Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy and craftsmanship, guides customers through seasonal collections and product selection, and delivers discreet, attentive service. The role also supports boutique displays, warehouse organisation and inventory administration. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy to customers and communicate the work behind the brand, from Solomeo to the boutique.
- Present the collection and guide customers through product selection and try-ons, demonstrating knowledge of the products, aesthetics, craftsmanship, materials and brand philosophy.
- Deliver attentive, discreet and courteous customer service that reflects the brand’s standards and creates a distinctive store experience.
- Maintain a polished appearance aligned with the brand’s casual-elegance standards, and remain attentive and helpful to customers and colleagues.
- Contribute to the boutique team’s activities in coordination with the Store Manager.
- Manage the boutique environment, including in-store and window displays, daily product placement, and periodic display dressing and adjustments.
- Organise warehouse and inventory administration to support product availability and clear communication with customers and the company.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in retail.
- Demonstrated willingness and versatility when interacting with customers from around the world.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of current standards and trends.
