Brunello Cucinelli Department Manager position in Paris—lead a luxury retail team, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team by example and manage the concession space to uphold brand standards and visual guidelines
- Cultivate customer relationships through active floor presence, delivering personalized service aligned with Brunello Cucinelli brand philosophy and CRM protocols
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues, establishing trust through active listening and attentiveness
- Drive achievement of sales targets whilst ensuring selling ceremonies and customer service comply with company guidelines
- Organize and support events and trunk shows in collaboration with store management and headquarters to introduce customers to new collections
- Maintain visual standards through rigorous implementation of brand guidelines and continuous personal product knowledge development
- Guide the sales team in performance optimization, identify missed opportunities, and report insights to management for corrective action
- Motivate and coach team members through regular feedback and development initiatives to foster continuous improvement
- Assist stock operations during inventory cycles and special projects as required
- Maintain direct communication and alignment with headquarters on business performance and strategic initiatives
- Operate proficiently with IT systems, including Xstore management platform and Salesforce CRM, and adopt new company tools as deployed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management
- Proven team leadership and people management experience
- Strong business acumen with solid understanding of luxury market dynamics and customer psychology
- Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor retail teams
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory); additional language skills are valued
