Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operations including receiving, tagging, and replenishing merchandise to maintain visual presentation and stock availability
- Perform regular and cycle counts to reduce shrink and improve inventory accuracy across all product categories
- Execute inbound and outbound shipping logistics for client orders and inter-boutique transfers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company packaging standards
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all product movements and coordinate with corporate partners on inventory discrepancies
- Prepare merchandise and support Visual Merchandising directives, communicating support needs to store leadership while maintaining VM standards throughout operating hours
- Manage packaging materials and supply inventory levels to sustain daily boutique operations and client service needs
- Demonstrate proficient product knowledge to support sales initiatives, minimize inventory errors, and ensure transfer and shipping accuracy
- Support store leadership on inventory reporting, physical inventory processes, and facilities management to maintain boutique standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and other operational tasks under managerial guidance
- Foster teamwork and demonstrate integrity by consistently following company policies and maintaining professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of professional experience in an operations-focused retail or boutique role
- Demonstrated experience working in elevated retail or luxury hospitality environments
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel), and inventory management platforms
- Familiarity with RFID technology is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organizational ability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays

3–5 years of professional experience in an operations-focused retail or boutique environment, with demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, receiving, and shipping processes. Experience working in an elevated or luxury retail setting is essential.
