HR Attraction & People Development Intern at Brunello Cucinelli in Solomeo, Italy. Support talent acquisition and people development initiatives in the luxury fashion sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in gathering recruitment needs and preparing job descriptions for publication across dedicated channels
- Collaborate on resume screening, candidate application management, and initial candidate outreach while participating in preliminary interviews under supervision
- Maintain and update the candidate database, organizing recruitment pipelines for future searches and monitoring selection activities
- Assist in organizing company presentations and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, managing operational tasks and ensuring welcoming integration experiences
- Contribute to effective candidate communication throughout the selection process, ensuring interactions align with brand values
Qualifications
- Degree in humanities or Industrial-Organizational Psychology (preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and standard digital tools
- Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork orientation

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,000 per month.
