Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the retail concession team by example, ensuring adherence to brand standards and company procedures
• Cultivate customer relationships through active floor presence, delivering a premium shopping experience aligned with Brunello Cucinelli brand philosophy and CRM guidelines
• Drive sales performance and achievement of assigned targets whilst maintaining high service standards and selling ceremony compliance
• Provide clear, courteous multilingual communication with customers and colleagues, actively listening to establish mutual trust and understanding
• Organize and support events, trunk shows, and CRM initiatives in collaboration with store management and headquarters to build customer loyalty and drive engagement
• Maintain visual presentation standards through correct implementation of Visual Guidelines across the concession
• Develop team expertise through continuous product and collection updates, ensuring the team represents Brunello Cucinelli style with authenticity and refinement
• Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting continuous development
• Promote collaboration and mutual respect among colleagues through one-to-one and group meetings
• Manage inventory support and stock coordination, particularly during inventory cycles
• Utilize IT systems and applications including Xstore management and Salesforce CRM, staying current with new tools and company systems
• Maintain direct communication with headquarters and ensure alignment with retail operations procedures and HQ guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in luxury retail
• Demonstrated management experience with clear people leadership capabilities
• Strong business acumen with solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour
• Proven ability to develop and motivate teams
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
• Additional fluency in a third language (preferred)
• Proficiency with retail IT systems and CRM platforms

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in luxury retail with demonstrated management responsibilities and team leadership success.

Education

No specific educational qualification is mandated; however, academic or professional training in retail management, business administration, or hospitality is advantageous.
