Brunello Cucinelli Department Manager in Dubai. Lead luxury boutique operations, manage team, and drive customer experience. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate customer relationships through active shop-floor presence and deliver a distinctive service experience consistent with brand philosophy, corporate image, and CRM guidelines
- Lead sales operations and ensure customer service and selling ceremonies comply with company standards, providing all customers with a memorable experience
- Collaborate with management to establish specific, actionable goals based on established KPIs and drive achievement of store targets
- Support boutique operations for events and trunk shows to introduce new customers to the Brunello Cucinelli world, build loyalty, and generate CRM initiatives
- Maintain high standards by implementing Visual Guidelines and coordinate the team in assembling and dismantling visual displays on a regular basis
- Oversee product knowledge within the team, stay current on collections, and interpret Brunello Cucinelli style authentically
- Guide the team in maximizing sales and performance; report missed opportunities to management and provide feedback on sales trends, bestsellers, slow-movers, customer insights, and competitive analysis
- Manage and motivate the team in daily boutique activities with accountability, providing continuous feedback and coaching for improvement
- Foster respect and collaboration among colleagues, mediate conflicts through group coaching or one-to-one meetings
- Cooperate with the stock department and provide support during inventory cycles
- Ensure compliance with retail operations procedures and headquarters guidelines
- Maintain direct communication with headquarters
- Utilize IT applications, including Xstore management system and Salesforce CRM, and stay current with new company tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of retail experience
- At least 2 years in managerial roles within a luxury retail brand
- Solid understanding of product and deep knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury sector
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High flexibility and robust people management skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in French and English (additional languages preferred)

Minimum 6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in managerial roles within a luxury retail brand. Demonstrated experience in leading teams, customer relationship management, and driving sales performance in a luxury environment.
