Brunello Cucinelli seeks CRM Operations & Analytics Manager in Solomeo, Italy to lead global CRM strategy, analytics, and team management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the evolution and optimal utilization of the enterprise CRM ecosystem, with Salesforce as the central platform, ensuring technology effectively supports customer relationship strategy and team operations
- Support markets in identifying development opportunities by translating business requirements into clear, structured CRM requirements, collaborating closely with IT and technology partners from definition through implementation and adoption
- Drive continuous improvement of CRM processes, tools, and operational modalities with emphasis on usability, efficiency, and customer experience quality
- Coordinate CRM operational activities including clienteling processes, data collection, data quality controls, and customer database management
- Manage CRM budget, ensuring effective planning, continuous monitoring, and appropriate resource allocation
- Collaborate with Internal Audit and Risk Management to identify CRM-related business risks, define appropriate monitoring mechanisms, and contribute to mitigation actions
- Work with Privacy and IT teams to ensure proper customer data management, consent processes, and regulatory compliance
- Lead CRM Analytics and Customer Intelligence initiatives, transforming complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Develop analyses enabling deep customer understanding and supporting strategic decisions across Retail, E-commerce, Merchandising, and other business functions while promoting data visualization and storytelling culture
- Identify significant trends, business opportunities, and shifts in customer behavior; move beyond basic reporting to understand what is occurring, why it matters, and what opportunities exist
- Support omnichannel segmentation, targeting, and customer development initiatives through data-driven analysis and insights
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of four CRM Operations & Analytics professionals, fostering autonomy, accountability, curiosity, and collaboration
- Build strong relationships with international market CRM teams, serving as a trusted partner in translating their needs into scalable solutions and concrete business insights
Qualifications
- Significant experience in CRM Analytics or Customer Intelligence, preferably within luxury or fashion contexts
- Solid knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and proven experience collaborating with business and technology teams to develop and evolve CRM solutions
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau; knowledge of SPSS preferred
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets, translating findings into clear business implications, strategic recommendations, and concrete actions
- Excellent communication skills enabling effective presentation of data and analysis to managerial and executive audiences
- Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional and international initiatives
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
