Brunello Cucinelli Sales Associate position in Madrid, Spain. Luxury retail role requiring English, Spanish, and previous retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand philosophy and design heritage to customers through knowledgeable product guidance and personalized consultations
- Conduct sales transactions while maintaining the signature service standards and attention to detail characteristic of luxury retail
- Develop and communicate in-depth product knowledge, including materials, aesthetics, and seasonal collections
- Maintain daily personal appearance and professional demeanor consistent with brand standards of casual elegance
- Design and execute visual merchandising displays, including window dressings and in-store seasonal presentations
- Manage warehouse organization, inventory administration, and stock availability to support customer communication and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and retail team to create an environment of excellence and provide comprehensive customer support
- Demonstrate discretion and attention to both customer and colleague relationships within the boutique setting
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous retail experience in a luxury or premium environment
- Demonstrated ability to interact with international clientele
