Role & Responsibilities
- Provide industry-leading customer service and build guest loyalty through curated in-store experiences
- Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed individual sales goals while converting one-time shoppers into long-term clients using clientele books
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to enhance sales and deepen understanding of product assortment using company-provided resources
- Maintain awareness of all current marketing and promotional activities to leverage selling opportunities
- Embody the brand aesthetic and humanistic philosophy of Solomeo, serving as an authentic guardian of the Brunello Cucinelli brand
- Assist Store Manager with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and operational tasks as assigned
- Support inventory management to prevent shrink and loss while maintaining consistent stock levels
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout operating hours and assist with floor sets and merchandise moves
- Proactively resolve customer service issues using best-in-class service techniques and finding meaningful solutions
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across store locations and corporate partners
- Demonstrate reliability and integrity in all interactions while adhering to company policy and guidelines
- Promote team cooperation and celebrate collective accomplishments
- Seek feedback for continuous professional development and performance improvement
Qualifications
- Strong affinity for Brunello Cucinelli brand philosophy and humanistic values
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years' experience in an elevated retail or hospitality environment
- Exceptional customer service and networking skills with demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
