Role & Responsibilities
- Provide industry-leading customer service and build guest loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences
- Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed individual sales goals while converting one-time shoppers to long-term clients using clientele books
- Resolve customer service issues proactively with meaningful solutions and best-in-class service
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to enhance sales and leverage company resources to deepen understanding of product assortment
- Maintain awareness of all current marketing and promotional activities
- Embody the brand aesthetic and humanistic philosophy of Solomeo in all interactions
- Complete operational objectives including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and floor sets under Store Manager direction
- Support inventory management to prevent shrink and loss while maintaining visual merchandising standards throughout the day
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues across other stores and corporate partners
- Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and adherence to company policies and guidelines in all interactions

Qualifications

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
