Brunello Cucinelli seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Miami to lead sales teams, drive customer experience, and support store operations within a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales goals
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver industry-leading customer service and build client loyalty
  • Develop events and networking opportunities to cultivate and expand the customer base within the local market
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and leverage company resources to maintain mastery of product assortment
  • Oversee client relationship resource utilization (CRM systems, client books) to ensure personalized customer engagement
  • Monitor and provide constructive feedback on client interactions to ensure each team member delivers tailored, memorable experiences
  • Coordinate and conduct staff training programs addressing product competency, customer service, sales techniques, and inventory management
  • Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational standards throughout business hours
  • Assign and prioritize daily tasks and staff activities to optimize workflow and productivity
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with floor sets and merchandise relocations
  • Make autonomous business decisions in the Store Manager's absence that positively impact store performance
  • Communicate store and corporate objectives, priorities, and initiatives clearly to team members
  • Monitor individual sales associate performance and contribution to store revenue; conduct year-end staff evaluations in partnership with Store Manager
  • Embody the brand aesthetic and philosophy through personal presentation and professional conduct
  • Support onboarding and integration of new staff members to the team
  • Serve as subject matter expert and primary contact for corporate partners and stakeholder communications
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across all retail locations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 3–4 years of experience in an equivalent supervisory or management role within a luxury retail environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business goals through effective team leadership
  • Existing client book or demonstrable ability to network, cultivate, and retain high-value clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
