Brunello Cucinelli seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Abu Dhabi to support boutique operations, lead the retail team, and deliver luxury customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate customer relationships through active floor presence and deliver exceptional service aligned with brand philosophy and CRM guidelines
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and colleagues in multiple languages, fostering mutual trust and active listening
- Guide sales operations and ensure customer service and selling ceremonies comply with company standards
- Collaborate with Store Manager to establish specific, actionable goals based on established KPIs and drive achievement of assigned targets
- Support Store Manager in organizing events and trunk shows to introduce new customers, build loyalty, and develop CRM initiatives
- Maintain high standards through correct implementation of Visual Guidelines and coordinate team in assembling and dismantling visual displays
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Brunello Cucinelli style and products; ensure team is continuously updated on collections
- Lead team in maximizing sales performance and report missed opportunities; provide insights on sales trends, bestsellers, slow-moving products, and competitor activity
- Manage and motivate the boutique team; provide continuous feedback to ensure improvement and accountability
- Promote respect, collaboration, and mediate conflicts within the team through coaching and one-to-one meetings
- Cooperate with stock department and provide support during inventory management
- Ensure compliance with retail operations procedures and headquarters guidelines
- Maintain direct contact with headquarters and utilize IT applications, particularly Xstore management and Salesforce CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail
- At least 2 years in managerial roles within luxury retail brands
- Solid understanding of fashion products and deep knowledge of the luxury sector
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Proven people management and team leadership capabilities
- Fluency in French and English (additional languages a plus)
