Role & Responsibilities
- Translate annual sales targets into actionable weekly and daily objectives for team members.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the induction program for new staff and provide ongoing in-store training sessions, maintaining brand and product knowledge.
- Build a loyal clientele through engaging and retention activities, utilizing clienteling tools.
- Monitor staff behavior and KPI achievement, coaching team members and defining development plans through monthly reviews.
- Implement actions based on specific business opportunities, such as events, training sessions, and sales targets.
- Plan and schedule team resources to ensure optimal floor coverage.
- Manage stock effectively, maintaining a focus on sales.
- Oversee operational activities, optimizing costs, resources, and time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years in a managerial position within luxury boutiques
- Knowledge of high-end fashion and current trends
