Brioni Store Manager position in London at Harrods, reporting to Retail Director EMEA. Salary £50k–£60k annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate business targets into clear weekly and daily individual objectives, ensuring continuous monitoring of performance against KPIs and driving accountability across the team
- Identify and implement targeted initiatives to capitalize on business opportunities, including events, specific training sessions, sales-driving activities, and effective team deployment
- Develop the Bespoke business by driving team engagement, strengthening product expertise, and implementing targeted actions to grow sales performance and client conversion within the made-to-measure category
- Manage and nurture strategic relationships with key Harrods stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration, alignment of business priorities, and seamless execution of commercial and operational initiatives
- Ensure the effective execution of onboarding programs for new hires and deliver ongoing in-store training aligned with company guidelines, with a strong focus on brand representation and product knowledge excellence
- Foster a client-centric culture by developing and implementing effective clienteling strategies, driving client loyalty and retention through proactive engagement
- Monitor team performance and behaviors consistently, providing regular feedback and coaching with tailored individual development plans and structured monthly follow-ups
- Plan and schedule team and staff resources according to floor coverage requirements
- Oversee stock management processes to ensure optimal availability and rotation, supporting sales performance while minimizing inefficiencies
- Manage store operational activities including logistics, couriers, alterations, and store maintenance to ensure efficiency, cost control, and effective use of time and resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least five years of managerial experience in luxury boutiques
- Knowledge of high-end fashion field and current fashion trends
- Fluent in English
