Brioni seeks an experienced Store Manager for its Hong Kong luxury menswear boutique to drive sales and lead a high-performing team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate annual sales targets into weekly and daily individual objectives for team members
- Ensure brand and product knowledge across the team through induction programs and ongoing in-store training sessions
- Build and retain a loyal clientele through engaging activities and leverage client relationship management tools
- Monitor staff behavior and key performance indicators (KPIs) against established targets
- Develop personalized coaching and development plans for each team member through regular monthly touchpoints
- Plan and schedule team resources according to store floor coverage requirements
- Implement business-driven actions related to events, specialized training, sales initiatives, and staff rotation
- Manage stock levels effectively while maintaining focus on sales optimization
- Oversee operational activities including couriers, alterations, store cleaning, and postage while optimizing costs
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher education qualification
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in luxury boutiques
- Strong expertise in luxury menswear with deep knowledge of tailoring, Made-to-Measure (MTM), and Bespoke services
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong networking abilities
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of managerial experience in luxury boutique environments, preferably within the menswear sector. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Store Manager position.
Education
Diploma holder or above.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
