Brioni Store Manager in Dallas, Texas – Lead luxury menswear boutique, drive sales & client relationships for global Kering brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and implement company strategy through concrete actions aligned with Retail Excellence guidelines, serving as Brand Ambassador
- Translate yearly sales targets into weekly and daily individual objectives, continuously monitoring achievement and KPIs across the team
- Lead, inspire, and develop the store team including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Advisors, Operations and Tailors; ensure strong succession planning, talent retention, and team stability
- Oversee induction programs for new staff and deliver ongoing in-store training sessions, maintaining accountability for team brand and product knowledge
- Cultivate high-level client relationships, personally manage top clients and VICs, and oversee clienteling strategy to drive retention, loyalty, and lifetime value growth
- Ensure brand excellence and market impact by safeguarding brand image, service standards, and storytelling across all client touchpoints and external engagements
- Coach team members through monthly touch-base sessions, defining individual development plans and monitoring staff behavior against performance metrics
- Plan and schedule team resources according to floor coverage needs and implement actions aligned with business opportunities including events, training sessions, and staff rotation
- Manage stock inventory effectively while maintaining focus on sales performance and cost optimization
- Oversee operational activities including couriers, alterations, store cleaning, and postage; optimize costs, resources, and time allocation
- Lead and expand bespoke and external activities including trunk shows, at-home services, partnerships, and collaborations to strengthen the store's presence beyond its physical location
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial position within luxury boutiques
- Deep knowledge of high-end fashion and current fashion trends
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated coaching and development capabilities
- Strategic business acumen and commercial vision
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in a managerial position within luxury retail boutiques, preferably in high-end menswear or comparable luxury segments. Demonstrated success in driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and managing elevated client relationships is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
