Brioni Store Manager position in Bal Harbour, Florida. Lead luxury menswear retail operations, manage VIP client relationships, and drive sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales through implementation of Retail Excellence guidelines and company strategy while serving as Brand Ambassador
- Translate yearly targets into weekly and daily individual objectives, monitoring team performance and KPI achievement
- Lead, inspire, and develop the store team including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Advisors, Operations, and Tailors; ensure succession planning and talent retention
- Manage high-level client relationships and VIC portfolios; oversee clienteling strategy to enhance retention and lifetime value
- Deliver brand excellence and market impact by safeguarding brand image, service standards, and storytelling across all client touchpoints
- Conduct induction programs and ongoing in-store training sessions; maintain brand and product knowledge standards
- Plan and schedule team resources according to floor coverage requirements
- Manage stock effectively while maintaining sales focus
- Oversee operational activities including couriers, alterations, store cleaning, and postage to optimize costs and efficiency
- Lead and expand bespoke and external activities such as trunk shows, at-home services, and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years in managerial position in luxury boutiques
- Knowledge of high-end fashion field and current fashion trends
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated coaching and development capabilities
