Brioni Stock & Operations Supervisor in New York City. Oversee back-office operations, inventory, and loss prevention. $70k–$80k annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all cash operations including opening and closing procedures, petty cash management, and daily deposits
- Provide sales floor support including cash transactions, customer welcome coverage, and merchandise logistics
- Oversee inventory management, stocktaking procedures, and monitoring of repairs, holds, made-to-measure, paid items, and damaged merchandise
- Coordinate receiving, transferring, consolidation, returns to vendor, and client shipment management
- Manage seasonal sales merchandise, staff uniforms, and store allowances
- Execute loss prevention protocols including daily floor counts, jewelry checks, and security agency liaison
- Conduct end-of-month reconciliation reports, discount list reports, price overrides, store credit, returns, and gifts management
- Monitor store maintenance systems including air conditioning, lighting, fire security, elevators, and infrastructure
- Manage store alarm systems and supplier liaison responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar supervisory position
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory, and holiday season
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
