Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to team performance by meeting sales targets and KPIs established by the Store Manager
- Build and nurture positive client relationships from initial engagement through post-purchase follow-up
- Execute CRM and customer retention strategies, exceeding assigned goals
- Leverage the Client Book to develop relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Expand the network of potential clients through proactive outreach and cultivation
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, events, and product developments
- Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues to support shared objectives
- Implement stock procedures and inventory management according to company standards
- Uphold Brioni protocols, role clarity, and procedures; escalate issues and risks promptly
Qualifications
- Experience in a retail sales position
- Fluent English proficiency; proficiency in a second language is advantageous
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, as well as annual inventory periods and holiday seasons
- Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexibility and cultural adaptability in a multicultural retail environment
- Demonstrated networking ability and proactive engagement
- Commitment to continuous self-development
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a sales position, preferably in luxury retail or high-end fashion environments. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.
