Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a memorable luxury experience from initial contact to farewell.
  • Achieve and surpass CRM and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with store management to meet sales goals and contribute to team success.
  • Utilize the Client Book effectively to foster relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Expand the customer base by developing a network of contacts.
  • Stay informed about market trends, events, and competitors' activities and products.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
  • Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, and communicate any issues or risks promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Solid understanding of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
  • MTM specialization is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent listening and communication skills. Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, during annual inventory, and throughout the holiday season.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a sales position within a luxury brand is required.
