The Sales Advisor supports client engagement, sales performance and brand representation at Brioni’s Milan store, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager. The role covers clienteling, CRM and retention, market intelligence, stock procedures, and teamwork; compensation is €35,000–€40,000 under the CCNL Commercio, Level 3°.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build positive customer relationships from first contact through farewell.
- Meet and exceed CRM and customer-retention goals.
- Achieve goals set by Store Management and contribute to teamwork.
- Use the Client Book (LUCE) effectively to nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base.
- Gather market intelligence on emerging trends, events, competitor activities, and products.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the store and across the company.
- Follow stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Uphold Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, and promptly communicate potential issues and risks.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales position with a luxury brand.
- Fluent in English; another language is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of men's formalwear.
- Good knowledge of the high-end fashion sector.
- MTM specialization is an advantage.
- Listening and communication skills.
- Positive, proactive, client-focused approach.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Flexibility and ability to work effectively on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Available to work at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, during annual inventory, and in the holiday season.
