Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving goals set by the Store Manager.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to post-purchase.
  • Exceed customer relationship management and retention goals.
  • Utilize the Client Book effectively to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop a network of contacts to expand the customer base.
  • Gather market information on new trends, events, and competitors' activities and products.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the company.
  • Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, and promptly communicate any issues or risks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales position.

Skills

Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons. Strong listening and communication skills. Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment. Networking skills and proactivity. Self-development attitude. Sense of ownership.

Experience

Candidates must have prior experience in a sales role, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering customer relationships.
