Role & Responsibilities
- Contributes to team performance by achieving sales goals and KPIs set by the Store Manager
- Creates and develops positive customer relationships from initial contact through post-sale, nurturing long-term loyalty
- Meets and exceeds CRM and customer retention targets through proactive engagement
- Utilizes the Client Book to cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers
- Builds and maintains a network of contacts to expand the customer base and drive business growth
- Gathers and communicates market intelligence including emerging trends, events, competitor activities, and product innovations
- Collaborates effectively with store and company colleagues to support collective objectives
- Executes inventory procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines
- Upholds Brioni brand standards, protocols, and procedures while promptly addressing any issues or risks
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales position, preferably in luxury retail or high-end clienteling
- Fluent in English with proficiency in a second language preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work extended periods on the sales floor
- Flexibility to work a minimum of two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced retail environment
- Networking capability and proactive approach to client engagement
- Self-directed mindset with commitment to professional development
- Sense of ownership and accountability for personal and store performance
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in a sales position, ideally within luxury retail or high-end brand environments. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships while consistently meeting sales targets and KPIs.
Education
Secondary education required; further qualifications in retail management, luxury brand studies, or related fields are advantageous.
