Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs as set by the Store Manager.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Exceed CRM and client retention goals through effective clienteling strategies.
- Utilize the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Expand the potential customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
- Gather and report market information, including new trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and across the company.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, promptly addressing any issues or risks.
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales position within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry, is required.
