Role & Responsibilities
- Drive consistency and continuous improvement of retail operating standards across the store network; maintain and evolve the Store Operations Manual in collaboration with HQ.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to safeguard business continuity.
- Own the POS ecosystem (XStore, SAP), ensure system reliability and leverage transactional data for actionable operational and commercial insights.
- Manage end-to-end inventory operations including cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancy resolution and inventory flow between retail, wholesale and bespoke channels.
- Lead onboarding, operational training and rollout of new policies, tools and processes to ensure consistent adoption by store teams.
- Oversee logistics, carrier performance, client shipments, store supplies and packaging distribution; support store openings, renovations and closures.
- Partner with Store Managers as a trusted advisor to improve client experience, after-sales processes (repairs, alterations, shipments) and operational discipline.
- Control operational costs, liaise with Finance, Internal Audit and Loss Prevention, and ensure compliance with regulatory, health & safety and fire-safety requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality, accountability and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail operations within a luxury or multi-unit retail environment.
- Demonstrable experience with POS systems and retail operational processes, specifically XStore and SAP.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects end-to-end.
- Advanced analytical capability with a track record of translating operational and sales data into business decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience managing vendors and driving operational efficiency; familiarity with loss prevention and audit processes.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% to support store network needs and peak retail periods.

At least 5 years of progressive retail operations experience in luxury or multi-unit environments, with demonstrable leadership of cross-functional projects, store network oversight and inventory control.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
