Brioni seeks a Retail Excellence Intern in Milan to support training, KPI analysis and retail standards across the House.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Excellence Manager in defining and implementing retail standards across regions and stores.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation and delivery of retail training sessions, webinars and workshops.
- Analyse weekly KPIs and other performance data to identify training needs and opportunities for store performance improvement.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance and deployment of content on the e‑learning platform.
- Support the organisation and logistics of retail conventions and related events.
- Work cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Bespoke, CRM/VIC, Marketing and HR to ensure consistent retail execution.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated interest and awareness of the luxury retail environment.
- Strong planning, organisation and time‑management skills.
- Analytical aptitude with an ability to interpret KPIs and translate insights into actions.
- Excellent interpersonal and multicultural communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.
- Proactive, creative and self‑driven; previous store or customer‑facing experience is a plus.

Entry‑level: prior retail or customer‑facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Internship experience or academic projects involving data analysis, training, or retail operations are valued.
