Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in drafting, editing, and updating training materials for Ready-to-Wear and Accessories collections, including product sheets, presentations, video tutorials, and technical insights.
  • Support the implementation and content management on digital e-learning platforms, utilizing gamification tools.
  • Assist in the logistical organization of product training sessions, such as physical masterclasses and in-store sessions.
  • Aid in the initial monitoring and analysis of training effectiveness.
  • Manage the archiving and organization of training documentation.

Qualifications

  • Academic background or previous experience in training, communication, or fashion/luxury.

Skills

Strong interest in fabrics/materials and sartorial techniques, particularly in the luxury sector. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint, and major digital communication tools. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of graphic/video editing tools such as Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere) or e-learning platforms is advantageous. Excellent written and spoken English proficiency; Italian or a second language is a plus. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with remote and international teams.

Experience

Previous experience, even brief, in training, communication, or the fashion/luxury industry is preferred.

Education

Academic background in a relevant field.
