Brioni seeks a PR and Marketing Intern in Shanghai to support APAC PR, retail marketing, digital and media operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to the PR & Marketing Director, APAC & Korea to ensure smooth functioning of the communications team.
- Manage daily PR sample logistics and coordinate sample movement with media, stylists and internal teams.
- Support localization and adaptation of marketing and PR materials for the China market.
- Coordinate shipments of marketing materials to and from retail stores, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular reporting on print, online and social channels.
- Research market trends and best practices across websites, social media and magazines to inform local activations.
- Assist with vendor payment application processes and other basic financial administration.
- Organize meetings, prepare presentations and maintain shared digital assets for the team.
- Execute various ad-hoc tasks and departmental projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, flexible, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
