Brioni Part-Time Sales Advisor in Monterrey, Mexico — join the luxury menswear team at Palacio del Hierro as a client-facing sales professional.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience from first contact through aftercare; act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs, including customer retention and CRM targets.
  • Use and maintain the client book (CRM) to grow relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and cultivate a network of referral sources (hotels, personal shoppers, tour operators) and proactively recruit new clients to generate measurable commercial results.
  • Contribute market intelligence by reporting on trends, competitor activity and local events.
  • Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and head-office teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
  • Execute inventory procedures and monthly cycle counts in accordance with company standards; open and close the store when required.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and update stock level knowledge; support annual physical inventories and peak-season activities.
  • Uphold bespoke area standards: ensure fabrics and key garments are rotated and merchandising for made-to-measure remains impeccable.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' sales experience within a luxury brand or equivalent high-end retail environment.
  • Fluent English (spoken) required.
  • Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion; made-to-measure (MTM) expertise is a strong advantage.
  • Proven clienteling and interpersonal skills, including active listening and persuasive communication.
  • Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, plus annual inventory and peak holiday periods.
  • Ability to stand and be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to work comfortably in a multicultural environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated appetite for personal development and team contribution.
