Brioni seeks a Merchandising Intern in Rome to support collection analytics and development across retail and wholesale networks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support sales analysis and ongoing monitoring of commercial performance across Retail and Wholesale networks.
- Assist in preparation and distribution of periodic management and performance reports.
- Contribute to the development of seasonal collection briefings and collection pricing structures.
- Collect market intelligence and perform competitor analyses to inform assortment and pricing decisions.
- Prepare presentation and training materials for product launches and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Creative and Product teams throughout collection development cycles.
- Provide operational support during buying sessions and showroom sales activities.
- Perform sell‑in and sell‑out analysis to support replenishment and allocation decisions.
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics or related field.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Excellent command of MS Office.
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to numerical detail.
- Ability to work proactively, learn quickly and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Resilient under tight deadlines and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Genuine passion for fashion and apparel; collaborative team orientation.

Experience
Internship‑level role; prior internships, coursework or project experience in merchandising, retail analytics, market research or related commercial areas is advantageous but not mandatory.
