Brioni Junior HQ Visual Merchandiser position in Milan. Support global VM strategy and regional teams with seasonal guidelines and in-store planning. €28–30k annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development of visual merchandising corporate seasonal guidelines and toolkits
- Assist in defining window display guidelines and seasonal calendars
- Provide feedback and guidance to visual merchandising regional teams on implementation
- Support the EMEA visual merchandising team in planning and scheduling in-store visits
- Assist with in-store display execution and window set-up as needed across EMEA regions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Arts & Design, Fashion, Marketing, or related discipline
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexibly in a multicultural environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Passion for fashion and the luxury industry
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Experience
