Brioni Milan: Junior Demand & Distribution Planner fixed-term position. €28–30k, supply chain & inventory planning role within Kering luxury group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily stock allocation processes, liaising with production teams, customer service, and logistics functions
- Monitor on-time delivery and product availability across the distribution chain from central warehouse to retail locations, adhering to strategic in-store dates and capacity constraints
- Prepare weekly and periodic reports on production advancement and delivery status, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks proactively
- Develop forecasts for shipping volumes at multiple distribution tiers (central and local worldwide warehouses), recommending adjustments as required
- Operate and maintain planning software systems, analyzing outputs and ensuring data reliability and integrity
- Support the identification and implementation of process optimization initiatives across existing workflows and analytical tools
- Conduct logistics data analysis, monitoring weekly and monthly KPIs, and develop actionable improvement recommendations
- Contribute to all activities within the demand planning lifecycle and broader supply chain initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or equivalent discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to manage large datasets and derive meaningful insights
- Proactive problem-solving orientation and collaborative team approach
- Excellent organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple priorities and optimize time allocation
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Stealth, is highly valued
- Flexible, open-minded mindset with demonstrated target orientation

Experience
Early-career professionals or recent graduates with foundational experience in supply chain, logistics, demand planning, or related analytical roles. Candidates transitioning from undergraduate studies or internships in operations, supply chain, or business analytics are encouraged to apply.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent quantitative field.
